1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Pak Gems website or mobile application, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Pak Gems. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.

These Terms apply to all services offered through Pak Gems, including but not limited to slot games, live casino, fish games, sports betting, and any promotional or bonus activities. 2 Eligibility

To register and use Pak Gems, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You must not be acting on behalf of, or under instruction from, any third party.
• You must not currently have an existing Pak Gems account, whether active or suspended.

Pak Gems reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. Where a player cannot satisfactorily verify their age or identity, their account may be suspended and any pending withdrawals held pending verification. We take age verification seriously and will not process withdrawals for accounts where eligibility has not been confirmed.

3 Account Registration

Each individual may register only one account on Pak Gems. You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full name, date of birth, valid email address, and a working Pakistani mobile number. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

You are solely responsible for the security of your account credentials — your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details. You must not share your login details with anyone. Pak Gems staff will never ask for your password. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact support immediately.

Pak Gems reserves the right to verify your identity at any time by requesting documentation such as a valid CNIC, utility bill, or bank statement. Accounts where verification cannot be completed within a reasonable period may be suspended until the matter is resolved.

• Duplicate accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Account sharing — allowing another person to access or use your account — is prohibited.
• Accounts registered with temporary or disposable email addresses may be reviewed or declined.
• Players found to have registered multiple accounts will have all accounts closed and balances reviewed.

4 Deposits

All deposits on Pak Gems are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, direct bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallets as listed on the Deposit page. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are stated at the time of each transaction and may vary by payment method.

Deposits are generally credited to your Pak Gems balance promptly once the payment has been confirmed by the relevant payment provider. Pak Gems is not responsible for delays caused by your bank, mobile wallet provider, or any intermediary payment processor.

• You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name.
• Depositing funds on behalf of another player, or accepting deposits from third parties, is prohibited.
• If a deposit is made in error or needs to be reversed, contact support as soon as possible — reversals are subject to our review process and are not guaranteed.
• Pak Gems does not charge a fee for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where possible. All withdrawals are in PKR. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts, along with current processing timeframes, are detailed on the Withdrawal page.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, your account must have completed identity verification. This is a standard procedure to protect players and maintain the integrity of the platform. Providing accurate verification documents speeds up this process considerably.

• Withdrawals can only be made to payment methods registered in your own name — no third-party withdrawals.
• Bonus funds that have not completed the applicable wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn.
• Pak Gems reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing large withdrawal amounts.
• In cases where fraudulent activity is suspected, withdrawals may be held pending investigation.
• Processing times can vary — JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically faster than bank transfer withdrawals.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

Pak Gems offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, and sports betting promotions. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be communicated clearly when the offer is presented.

General bonus rules that apply across all promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn as real money. The exact requirement is stated per promotion.
• One bonus at a time: Unless specifically indicated, bonuses cannot be combined or stacked with other active promotions.
• Expiry: Bonuses not used or wagered within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from your account automatically.

In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, Pak Gems' decision, made in good faith based on available information, is final.

• Bets placed in error cannot always be cancelled — check your selection carefully before confirming.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on Pak Gems. Engaging in any of these may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:

• Registering more than one account.
• Providing false identity or age information at registration or during verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform.
